Chicken Parmigiana – topped with marinara & melted mozzarella.

Chicken Marsala – sautéed in a Marsala wine with capers & mushrooms.

Stuffed Chicken Breast – sliced chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts & topped with a creamy cheese sauce.

Chicken Florentine – served with white wine & garlic or creamy Alfredo.

Tequila Lime Chicken – strips of tender chicken in a creamy cheese sauce with scallions, jalapeños, tomatoes and a touch of tequila & lime.

Tilapia – broiled tilapia with sautéed spinach, tomatoes & capers in lemon, white wine & garlic.

Baked Scrod – with lemon, butter & bread crumb topping.

Sole Almandine – with lemon, Chablis & slivered almonds.

Baked Stuffed Tilapia – with our own seafood stuffing topped with Hollandaise.

Home-Style Yankee Pot Roast – tender as can be and topped with beef gravy.

Rolled Roast Sirloin – served in au jus with horseradish cream sauce on side.

Marinated Grilled Flank Steak – marinated in olive oil, garlic, thyme, basil & black pepper.

Roast Pork Loin – with mushroom gravy.
